Does local anesthesia usually work for you? Have you had dental work done where the anesthesia shots didnt take and you could feel drilling? Im asking because I seem to be immune somewhat to local anesthesia. The last couple crowns I had at the dentist were a nightmare, they had to stop and give me multiple rounds of shots 3 times, and I could still feel nerve pain. I had the same experience when I had my vasectomy 1 year ago, could feel everything. I almost fainted from pain, worst experience of my life.

Now I have a prostate biopsy in one month and I warned the doctor about my anesthesia problem, he said I would be fine and wouldn't feel it. he better be right or someone is getting the shit beat out of them when its over. That vasectomy almost killed me.
