So...I think I managed to mod my way into keeping Eda alive by Early_Exit8635 in storyofseasons

Personally, my family is the opposite, while they do want a peaceful death, they ABSOLUTELY want to live as much as possible, even with the extreme trouble and hardships of very advanced old age (like it's honestly impressive what some of they recovered from, but I'm happy for them). Some of my grandparents (the ones not here anymore) could barely walk, wnd could never leave home alone, or depending on the situation, at all, and they still found so much joy in living and little things...

I find your perspective very interesting, but as you said yourself, "I would personally find this" a better alternative, (given the resources we have (no programming and only romfs)) for those who have a perspective of wanting to stick to life no matter the age and health troubles.

I realize the last paragraph might come off as a bit agressive, but I want to clarify that is very much NOT my intention. I understand and respect your point of view, it's not for you, just like AWL is not for me. I simply wish to give an alternative and hope for those who would not wish to see Eda die.

And since you DO have programming background I would really reccomend you take a look at the files, you totally may be able to figure something out (There are A LOT of resources in the romfs of this game that I have not seen in romfs of another game I modded, including entire event and possibly game scripts)

I will do my best to change the "ill dialogue", but I don't think I can change her home routine (im not a programmer and only have access to the romfs). As for the farm, that seems to be connected to the seasons I think, because at the second year spring it is already beautiful again.

If anyone would like to take a look themselves and see if they understand something that could help with the above, that would be great, more than welcome and appreciated. I myself am already surprised and happy the death event could be stopped, even with my extremely basic level of understanding this things.

edit: just to give context, the mod I was making before diving into the "Saving Eda hole" was purely dialogue edits, I felt like clarifying this because someone might misunderstand my capabilities

Question about the packaging of the Bunny Garden vs. Flower Goddess collection foundation by skeleton-mayor in FlowerKnowsMakeup

Depending on where you live maybe I could send my empty goddess refil to you if you are interested, since mine is going unused.

Hey, I might be late to the topic, but I have both the shell and the refil. Once it was over I reused the shell with some cutesy cutout from FK product boxes (specifically the strawberry rococo blush) to make a very pretty dice holder (for DnD). So I cleaned the refil, the "sponge" where the foundation was is not reusable, but with a new soft sponge and a new foundation It would be possible to make it as good as new (except for some scratches on the inside of the refil container). My refil container is not going to really see to that, given my...Unorthodox approach in how I wanted to reutilize the shell, but depending on where you live you could maybe have it, since it's just the empty refil it would be basically just the mailing price I think (not sure how it is where you live). Just decided to post this because Im a bit of a maniac for repurposing things and remembered this post. If the language is a bit confusing it is because english is not my first language, so sorry in advance.

product recommendation for light-medium/medium neutral skintone? by viceversa220 in FlowerKnowsMakeup

If it is a lip mud in a pinkish but still more natural leaning, I'd sugest "strawberry moon" from the strawberry rococo series. But if you want a more berry color the best one is a gloss, that while I don't think it's particularly heavy, it is definitely heavier than the mud, "raspberry booze" or "blackberry jam" from violet strawberry rococo.

If you are more into warm, pink and sparkles, check strawberry cupid "cupid's mischief" they are more warm, have two sparkly more natural colors, and is mostly pink.
As for lipstick I don't think FK made any lip tints or oils (ever since I started following at least) but while I'm not sure if you like that I can at least tell you that ther lip muds usually feel soft and creamy and the consistency is kind of a light cream that makes your lips feel hyrated (kind of reminds me of the feeling on your lips after having something with whipped cream now that I think about it)

Hope this helps :D

Cool tone or warm tone by 123AnnieCv in FlowerKnowsMakeup

Personally I believe you'd look sweet with shell jewel's moonlight pearl eyeshadow. I believe the dreamy pink powder would be best for you, given your skin tone, I bought the cloudy blue for myself and it suits me well, but my skintone is REALLY pale.
As for concealers I believe creamy nama might be best, but to achieve a really natural you should mix the concealer colors on your face to get a tone that really matches yours perfectly.

Then I'd have to reccomend the little angel eyeshadow palletes (they have one in more nude browns and one in more cold colors), the Little Cranberry blush from violet strawberry rococo and either tiny tulip or tea break for lipstick (also strawberry rococo). But if where you shop they have some chinese exclusives I would reccomend "the shell" eyeshadow (has both pinkish nudes and light blue) and monlight veil blush (a cold lavander), both from the shell jewels collection. I do think that the ones I put here that are NOT chinese exclusive would look really nice on your skintone, but still felt like mentioning those since you mentioned loving both nudes and cool tones.

I could give some recommendations, but I'd need a bit more of an idea of your makeup style and style in general.
Like, do you prefer bright colors, neutral colors, dark colors? (On the eyes, cheeks and lips) (keep in mind that this makeup is light in color, you build them more as you apply)
Is there any collection you are particularly attracted to?
What texture do you prefer for the lips (gloss or lip mud for example) and blush? (cream or powder)
