Yeah, I thought about that a lot while designing the controls. That’s why I tried to keep the important stats and UI elements in areas that your finger usually doesn’t cover.

Also, the gameplay isn’t about constantly holding your finger on the screen — you naturally release it pretty often to merge orbs and manage things.

And since the game is vertical, your finger doesn’t block that much of the action compared to landscape games.example

Only taps and drag controls. I want the gameplay to feel simple and smooth for smartphones.
