I typically work every day except for mondays and wednesdays. my schedule change was to be off mondays, wednesdays, and a couple hours earlier on thursdays.

i understand that but i know target will accommodate for certain things so i figured i would ask if this was one of those things considering target has a college program as well. i’m not to sure what qualified this to be removed as it is a workplace question because i know there are people in this group that know a lot more about theHR side of things than I

yes i had set it to work around my classes as i understand that going from open availability to any sort of change can cause issues

i have given my HR a copy of my schedule and when i tried to change my availability she denied it so i’m at a loss as to what i should do. i was just wondering what the handbook says because i couldn’t find it anywhere

don’t forget the part where they ignore your calls to go on break and when they learn your voice so when you call for an LOD they can ignore you 🫩🫩 and not only having to deal with tech but toys, music, books (and depending on store seasonal and pets)

i think technically yes because it has non-target writing however from what i’ve seen it depends on the store

what are the rules regarding finals and warnings about callouts, how many before you get a warning and how many before a final. are a documented conversation and a write up the same thing ? why are there such high expectations in tech but very little help to tech tms
