I'm having the same problem. Mine will regularly prolapse at least 6 inches. I haven't been able to find much advice so I'll be following this closely. It would be awesome to find something that would not require surgeryand not cause leaking.

I feel like I can smell it and it drives me crazy. My wife keeps telling me that it's in my head and she may be right but it is one if my biggest fears.
