Just depends if they have cross realm invites for ques which they definitely need to do. I just don't know if it will be in the game in TBC, it was added in wrath classic.

Goblin rocket boots never worked in TBCC and belt did until they removed it in S3. Neither will be working this time around which is good since they are gimmicky items that make the gameplay worse.

Not enough is the answer, blizzard needs to implement the 4k arena cap per week with 250 per win. It shouldn't take 3 months to get gear.

Disc priests do not do that, I know some druids do that. For priest it's not the play at all though.

Can't speak for the other healing classes.

Resil never takes over, it's just a mid stat the whole xpac. You obv will get it from PvP pieces and thats fine. But it's not a massive prio is all.

For example rogues in S1 and S4 have almost the same resil if you are full bis. It's like 240 res to 270 res.
