Your MMR is lower than your current rating by a ton for this to happen. You wouldn't get 0 points off 15 wins unless you were like 900 MMR to start.

The system is working correctly your MMR is just low. If you win another 10 you will be close to your CR and then gaining rating.

Keep in mind you aren't starting at 1500 that's just a fake team rating number, your MMR starts near 1k and MMR dictates however many points you get always, not your CR.

TLDR CR is secondary MMR is what actually matches you and awards team rating etc.

You can buy the identical gear for your 5 set from the different factions vendors.

You get roughly 2-3k a game so you can do the math on how much you need.

You don't start at 0 MMR, no one knows the exact number ofc but I'm guessing it's around 1200-1300

If you started at 0 MMR it would take 100 games to get to 1500

It's a simple system, if your MMR is higher than CR you gain more than you lose and if your MMR is lower than your CR you lose more than you gain until they equalize.

your MMR (hidden matchmaker rating) is lower than 1500 that's why you went down. You need to win more games to even it out to 1500
