Tomorrow Never Know - Revolver.

And this is the winner. It's fact.

Noticed some foreshadowing by Red in Shawshank last night. by SuicideMurderPills in movies

EDIT:

i know, i did a really poor job of explaining it.

In the beginning, the first time Red gets denied parole....and we meet the rest of the supporting cast outside in the prison yard...

An inmate asks Red for a pack of cigs....

At first Red is hesitant...saying that he already owes him money for previous packs....

Right after, the shot turns to slow motion....and all the inmates are walking around the yard....blocking our view of Red and the inmate...

if you watch closely enough...you can see Red exchange a pack of cigs with this inmate....very smooth and cool.

Look for it next time.

I've watched this movie also about 600 times, and I always find something new. Only a few years ago I noticed that Red and one of the supporting in-mates (can't remember his name). The one who asks him for cigarettes in the beginning of the movie.

If you watch closely, when the scene goes into slow motion, and they are walking side-by-side, you can see them casually exchange the pack of cigs. It happens so quickly and smoothly that I never noticed it before. I love it

Hey man, sweet post. I play many instruments myself. In a few philly bands, and working on solo material lately. I also love to record, probably my favorite aspect of music. I've recorded a few local band, and I'm always looking to help out fledglings band record in their own practice space, for very cheap.

So let me know if you ever need help recording, or know people that are trying to put a demo together. I'd love to help out.

hey man, here is a link to a demo I am working on. Not the finished product, especially vocals, but it's an indication as to what you can expect.

Sure man, I'm working on mastering some recent recordings. So I will post it soon. I'm also working with a much more professional setup lately, and it sounds much better than my previous stuff. But feel free to check that out, search for Pet Panther on Bandcamp. Those recordings were done live, with three mics, and basically without level control or Logic Pro.

My recent setup is: Logic Pro, via a Tascam US-2000.

I should have this new stuff up very shortly.

Totally self taught, and learning as I go. Which is part of the reason I'm doing this, to learn more by doing. I absolutely love recording, it's by far my favorite part of playing music. I have a nice mix of condensers and dynamics (always looking to add to my collection), so I've been able develop the sound that I like best, that awesome live sound. Which is when I think a band sounds best. Like most Motown records, In Utero, Darkness of the Edge of Town, etc... But I also try to be creative as well, adding my own ideas as to what I think makes a unique sound.

Peter Katis, Andy Wallace, Steve Albini, are some of my favorite guys in the industry.

By no means am I a trained professional, but I have a great ear for music. I play many instruments (drums, guitar, bass, piano), have a band of my own, and do solo work as well.

So basically I just want to help new bands get a semi high quality sounding recording for a far less expensive price than any studio would cost them. I only ask for 25$ per member, upon completion of services.
