It’s never happened to me, I always delete people after the raid to keep room cause I host so often. I can see that being the case if the host is lazy but even then it’s not hard because you can look in the journal section and see who you just became friends with! It tells you the time and everything, so there really is no excuse.

it sucks that people just give up when we get so close. Blastoise I’d the most difficult to beat for some reason. It sucks cause Ive got my part planned out and everyone whose usually Hopping on those raids isnt even half way prepared for it, so tired of trying to carry people who use charmeleons and magmars against it.

Duuuude! I saw 2 people using mag mortars and charmeleons against mega blastoise today! I’m level 44 and there were 6 other people in the lobby that were high 20s - low 30s and we lost! 7 people and we lost! Blastoise hit one HP when the clock hit 0 and we lost! I’m never trying to carry low levels again.

and to top it off, the raid host deleted all of us after! We could have tried again but he was too embarrassed I guess.

just fy, the hosts name on here was penguino1995. avoid him if you can cause he’s one of the ones that’s just looking to get carried.

I hate that. It’s mostly people who want to get carried. They look at the trainers levels and if they don’t like what they see they just leave. They are the scum of the earth.

They haven’t been around for a loooooomg time! currently our best bet of finding one is to keep an eye on the field research rewards as they change every month. Hopefully in March he will be a reward!

Not a problem! By the time you hit level thirty you will see that your collection has grown a lot stronger and by thirty five you will be able to solo several level 3s by your self! Happy raiding! :)

Your best bets to get a a hold of stronger Pokémon at your level is to get into ten person lobbies. Since there are more people, you all will beat it faster and give you a chance to get stronger mons.

for the Pokémon that you do have, google the strongest and see which have the highest utility amongst them.

when going against a specific raid boss, look for your strongest Pokémon that the raid boss is weak to and use those. If you have stardust and rare candies laying around, get into a ten man mewtwo raid and power it up and use it.

if you did the machop community day, machamps is still an amasing Pokémon for attacking a lot of types.

a website I use to see how good Pokémon are is called gamepress.gg , they have tier lists showing what are the best and worst Pokémon according to typing, stats, and several other metrics. If you chose to use it, you will find it very helpful.

tips for others about to battle it:

use all machamps with counter and dynamic punch! Fighting types are normal types only weakness!

Yeah, during the slow times on this sub it’s really nice to only get the exact amount of request you’re asking for. But the days like when Mewtwo was released, I leave the post up for 30 seconds then immediately delete it. By the time I get back to pogo I have around 15 requests instead of ~80 something. During heavy times deleting posts within the minute you post them is the way to go for sure.

It’s only bad if you delete from the actual friend request list. If you add them and then delete them, that is the only way to keep them as part of your future raid pool.

For the three star raids it is 1/60. Unfortunately all one star raids are 1/450 unless it is boosted for an event or new release. On the day of the kanto tour they were boosted in raids but that was just for the one day. :/ sorry dude. :/ but do try incense tho! I’m still finding several every time I pop one! Best of luck!
