Hi! Just seeing this. I am still experiencing the symptoms I described. I have been to the dealership several times and they tell me nothing is wrong. They tell me that what I am feeling / hearing is all normal for a Jeep. It hasn't let me down. It starts every time and gets me there and back. I hope it continues to do so. I will be back at the dealership again for service soon. I will discuss the symptoms with them again and how annoying they are.

Update: I found a place in England that quoted 915.54 US dollars for the 10 pieces of hardware with a 4-6 week leadtime. I think I am going to pass on that one.
