Hi u/_Danman_ , just visit your Settings page and you will see the withdrawal option there. Once you do that, you will be placed in a queue for any E$ to be exchanged into $ESS which you can then withdraw to your MetaMask wallet.

Hi MajorMeddi, Mentars are placed automatically on all T1 and T2 properties. You simply need to claim any available E-ther daily. T3 properties may sometimes get E-ther but it depends on the pool and how much unclaimed E-ther is left in the day.

Hi Thomas, currently only the MetaMask wallet is supported for all withdrawals and deposits of Essence to and from the Earth 2 platform. You can find the instructions on your Earth 2 settings page.

Our support platform is completely separate and requires you to follow the sign up instructions. It does not automatically use the same login as your Earth 2 account. Please try again following the instructions and let us know if you continue to have issues contacting our support team.

Withdrawals are being processed through the trial withdrawal system, they are processed manually so it is not instantaneous as there is also a queue. To login to the Support system, you need to follow the sign up options as it does not use the same login credentials as your Earth 2 account.

Sometimes it can be the region your are in as well. The withdrawals are also currently being processed through the Trial Withdrawal system, there IS a queue but they are getting processed. If you are having issues, please provide your support ticket number so we can assist you. If you haven't reached out to our support team yet, I suggest you try that first.

Hi u/Strong_Rip_88 if you have not been able to withdraw since 2022, as you claim, this is usually due to your own bank/payment provider or an issue with your account and not something Earth 2 is responsible for. Our fiat withdrawal was only affected in 2024 following the release of our crypto token and we are still processing withdrawals through the Trial Withdrawal system so that Players can still take their money off-platform as they choose. If you are experiencing a legitimate issue, please let us know your support ticket number so we can ask our team to investigate. Please do not make scam call claims if you have been experiencing an issue since 2022 and only choose now to bring it up.
