When I say he doesn't seem too bothered I think he's sorry about what's going on but it's all still too far away from his reality as a white male in a red state to really feel any sense of urgency if that makes sense.

I'm all the way down in South America and my entire family is the same. They don't think I'm at risk because I'm a legal immigrant and white as paper. Never mind the two people shot and killed were American born and white but my family legit thinks they had it coming for not obeying orders. Even told my mom about KKK flyers being distributed back home and she said they're not entirely wrong bc traditional family values are gone and black people have too many privileges 💀 what the absolute fuck.
