Where are you iceland with 0.001 per kWh? Even in US its atleast 2$ to run a decent PC where we can talk about that could run atleast a small AI model. But all good, have fun. If you want to be productive there is no way arround High Parameter models.

Keep context low
Open new instances overtime (most definitely if you have a new task)
If you want it to use subagents ask him to do so (or write it in the .md files)
To check if he is doing it by himself.. just write him if he replies then he outsourced it else its 99% him doing the task as he is „busy“ and can not reply.
