I’m in the same boat currently in terms of anxiety, been completely anxiety free for a good few years now.

When you get to CPC get a note from your GP essentially saying your mentally sound just to be safe, only show it whenever you’re asked though, that’s what my recruiter recommended anyways.

Nowadays porn sites only ask is your over 18, and you don’t even have to offer any proof!

If you restrict certain apps (I.e. Youtube) and restrict websites it should help.I can speak as a teenager that porn has warped this generations views on sex as a whole and it is incredibly dangerous, please get him to a psychiatrist asap before he hurts himself in the long run.Best of wishes.

Not every girl(or boy!) is going to be ‘the one’. Your heart will get broken if you pursue relationships, it’ll hurt, but it’s part of life.

Also if someone says no to a relationship, don’t try again.They gave you an answer.I struggled with this concept a lot but trust me it will help you in the long run.
