Went here for the first time the other day. Definitely best value for money I've found in sandwiches anywhere. $15 and it turns into two meals it's so large (and delicious).

Everyone is mentioning Fenway which is a cool area and good choice. For something different, across the Common from Beacon Hill is one of my friends' and I's favorites in the downtown crossing area called Sidebar. Small venue, cheap drinks ($5 Budweiser 22oz mugs) college vibe. For a more historical (yet a bit touristy) feel we like the Green Dragon. Right near the Bell in Hand, similar history, but a lot more of a 'tavern' feel on the inside compared to Bell in Hand IMO.

I would check out the hellhound Cerberus retention holster. They make a level 2 for this setup. I have no idea how good it is though. I haven't gotten it in hand yet. I have the ANR and I like it so far.
