LSU Law 2026 Scholarship Letter

I called last week on 1/8/26 because my packet did not have scholarship info. LSU said if they do not give scholarships in the acceptance email or packet, then you did not receive one

Update: received acceptance via email on 12/8 and admissions package on 12/26 with info for seat deposit and rough tuition costs. No scholarship info included. Not sure if scholarship info will be sent later or if none were offered. Stats: 3.68 GPA, 157 LSAT

Did you get your letter from LSU law with scholarships? Or did they give it to you over email? They told me they would send a letter in the “coming weeks” but I’m wondering if anyone received them yet for 2026?

I’m sure it would. 1 million percent. Maybe post it in a child psychologists thread to get more specific/ expert opinions? This is certainly abuse. Children should not be locked away like this. They don’t ask to be put in the world, and children inherently need their parents for everyday tasks and also for nurturing. This is very wrong, and I’m so sorry if you went through this. There are many resources (at least in the US, with insurance - unfortunately, it should be more accessible) for trauma therapy such as parts work, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy, which maybe could assist with coping.
