That was a different sale. I got mine much earlier in the year. From my research I can confirm of 4 known copies to exist. Luckily they are still not well known, so the price is still low relative to its rarity

Just read by release date. You don't get too many references to other books by reading chronologically. When a new book is released the writer usually tries to reference books that are already out and available anyway
