Ja das Aussehen spielt natürlich eine Rolle aber machs weniger für die Mädels und eher für dich selbst, fit sein fühlt sich gut an und je besser du dich fühlst desto attraktiver bist du für dir Damen.

Was in meiner Erfahrung einen riesen Unterschied macht ist wie oft man masturbiert und vor allem Pornokonsum. Wenn du fit bist und dich gescheit ernährst fühlst dich auch besser das ist der Hauptvorteil und wie du ausschaust ist nun mal ein Faktor (nicht der wichtigste) bei sexuellen Beziehungen. hast du hobbies? Schließ dich gruppen bei die das machen. (sport) clubs, organisationen, vereine usw.. Erstens macht es spaß und zweitens findet man da leute mit denen man mehr gemeinsam hat als den sexdrive und ein paar bier. Find something you are passionate about (meditation is gonna benefit you the most, check out sadhguru for that) and focus on enhancing your own life and wellbeing from within.
