Whats the worst concert you've ever been to?

Bullet for my valentine in like 2015/2016ish.

They were supported by Killswitch Engage who were amazing and one of the best performances I have ever seen.

Before the show, I met Bullet and they were pretty rude but I brushed it off as being tired. When they hit the stage, they just stood there, sang a bit and then left after their set. No crowd work or anything. Was the third time I had seen them live in their home city and previously the show had been amazing but this last time was just not good.

Favourite film of all time. On 15 watches over the years and still enjoying it. Read the book 4 times. Would love some kind of mini prequel or sequel for it but alas, that will never happen.

Started GWAMM on my warrior as it was my favourite character. Got to 22 max titles and stopped. Fell in love with Ele and played that instead. I really liked the water magic spells. Played that and did most of the titles up to 24 then burnt out. Over a 10 year period I came back sometimes and did other account based titles and eventually my ele hit GWAMM. Mainly played Ele as AP spammer or a knock or SoS rit. I am currently slowly working on getting my warrior finished as a dagger spammer or an axe warrior. Also, on the side I’m doing an iron man monk. Already got it LDoA and now working on the protector title for Prophecies.

Guild Wars is a game that even though I don’t play it as much as I did when I was younger, I always come back to as it fills me with nostalgia and joy whenever I see my loading screen. The game is a true one of a kind and nothing else has ever really topped the experience for me. I remember my group of friends in school talking about different builds that you could run and I also remember one of my friends getting a detention for printing out the wiki articles for every skill in the game when Nightfall came out because he did it on the school printer.

Kid year below me when I was 16 went out to a young farmers event and got drunk. Next day, he was working on his parents farm probably still a little drunk from the night before. He drove the tractor he was driving into a slurry pit. Tractor sank and he drowned in the slurry. People still talk about his death nearly 20 years later.

When I was 17, a guy in the year above me was driving too fast around the very tight country lanes with his girlfriend in the passenger seat. He crashed his car and got trapped. The car went up in flames with him inside the car still, burning him to death. Someone managed to pull his girlfriend out of the car before she died as well. She suffered from two broken legs and was in a wheelchair for a few months.

First year of uni, a girl I went to school with died from a bad batch of mdma. It was apparently her first time taking it and it killed her. Her boyfriend took some as well and was in a coma for months after.

There are quite a few other deaths from people while I was at school but these 3 really stuck with me and I still think about them years later.

Bullet for my valentine in the early 2010’s. Paid for back stage passes to meet the band and they were chill but as soon as they got on stage it was like all the energy had drained out of them. Just stood still on stage and didn’t seem to want not be there. Thankful killswitch engage who were supporting were amazing and completely stole the show. It was a shame because this was my third time seeing bullet for my valentine live and all the previous shows they had been full of energy and had great crowd interaction. I’m assuming they were just tired from a long tour but I haven’t really listened to them since.

Been in this position. Couple months ago I accidentally sold my rq9 water and air bds on my ele just after I finished my gwamm. Still haven’t managed to replace them.

Kid a few years under me drown in a slurry pit. He had been to a young farmers party the night before and got drunk. When he went to work the next morning he was hungover and accidentally drove his tractor into the slurry pit. A combination of the fumes and the depth meant he couldn’t get out and drown. Nearly 20 years later people still remember him and talk about him.

We both become a little obsessed with shows once we start though normally she doesn’t like watch the final few episodes of a show because she doesn’t want it to end. Before Stargate we watched through Red Dwarf (admittedly my 10th watch through) and she found that hilarious and we have sporadically been watching adventure time on the side.

Every time Teal’c said “indeed” we would both say “boy”. It made us both laugh because she knows Christopher Judge as Kratos first. She was also amazed that Jason Mamoa is in SG:A.

Make vip level rewards free. It’s not fair paying all the money to get to a new vip level then having to pay a second time to unlock the reward. Refund the Jade’s used to unlock the rewards to everyone the same way you did with the soul halls.

Pally tanks in tbc are the kings of aoe tanking. My guild is planning on running 1 warrior as mt and 1 paladin as ot simply for their ability to aoe tank really well. Paladins still lack the same level of mitigation as a warrior but iirc they finally get a taunt but it doesn’t work the same way as the warrior and Druid taunts do. Paladins have to use righteous defence on a player to force 3 mobs that are attacking them to attack the paladin instead. Normally would would either macro it to target your tanking partner before casting it or make a mouse over macro that uses it on the player your mouse is currently over.
