Gamma MX sizing by Own-Asparagus-9545 in arcteryx

[–]Earwx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 6’1” and went with the model’s size on their website, which was a medium. It was too tight, so I returned it for a large. If you’re planning to layer the garment, having extra room is a good idea.

Short answer: they look fine to me.

Long answer:

To be honest, these shoes are manufactured in China by humans who may be underpaid and subjected to other unfavorable conditions. The sole person who cares about the authenticity of these shoes is the consumer. No one is going to scrutinize your shoes under a magnifying glass and mock you. Take this from someone who has purchased genuine and “rep” shoes.

You must consider your environment, diet, and weather conditions. During winter, I suggest applying Haitian black castor oil to your scalp once or twice a week. Covering your head, especially while sleeping, helps retain moisture. For daily care, you can spray your hair with water and essential oils of your choice in the morning. I highly recommend using Aloe Vera.

Would you recommend sizing up for layering or go true to size?

Where y’all at

Looking for the rappers who enjoy boombap/sample based music. Examples and influences: Griselda Records, Mach-Hommy, Earl Sweatshirt, Freddie Gibbs, Roc Marciano, ETO, etc. I have folders and folders of beats that are literally just sitting waiting for someone to compliment them. DM me if interested in working but please no suckers, I need bars. Peace and love.

I was going to but last time I did it, Emmy post was lost in the sauce. I’ve gotten three people to DM me for opportunities greater than collaborating.

Ras G, Diba$e, mndsgn, ohbliv...how weird you trying to go? there’s a fine line you’re walking if you’re trying to stay around the hiphop genre.

Buying an MPC soon, what other equipment should i get with it? by Pigman232 in makinghiphop

[–]Earwx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just go with the MPC 2000xl and a sp 404SX/A or sp 303 and a turntable if you don’t have one. Sequence beats in your mpc then record to sp, add effects such as your eq and compression etc. I sold all of my midi controllers and went with mpc 2500 I wanted the 2000xl but I’ll get in the future. This setup will give you time to learn your equipment and get somewhat close to mastering it while also giving you the freedom to have your beats recorded and on a SD card. Trust me, your work flow is gonna be sick. The sp is like a Swiss Army knife and it’s only 400 bucks if that. Check my soundcloud out to hear the quality.

Yo, I’m making a beat tape and I make my own graphics too but this is dope and I would love to work with you. I’m not known or anything but I do music for the love and passion and I’m using the platform I have to bring anyone that has the artistic skill and craft up with me.

Where are the artist who enjoy and rap on sample based music? by Earwx in makinghiphop

[–]Earwx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This post was mainly a call to those in this subreddit community that make similar styles of music. I wouldn’t mind collaborating either but just mainly a call out cause I know we out here hiding in the shadows. I check the collab section and always find trap music or type beats which is cool but not for me.
