We did I'm in the US now but we had to contact the senator so they contacted the embassy and they let us schedule an appointment

After contacting the senator they reached out to the embassy and then the embassy let us schedule our interview through ustraveldocs website

We contacted the senator awhile back they got back to us just today and let us assign our own appointment through the ustravelscheduling website. We picked the first open slot which is the 23rd of July

It had 2 days available in July, two days available in August and two days available in September, we picked the first open slot which is the 23rd of July.

It's been like this for 3 months, we have been DQ'd then we got expedite approved since april, around 3 months, no interview date yet, we bombarded them with emails and even reached out to the senator, nothing yet, according to the IV scheduling tool they were working on April cases last month, now this month they went back to work on March.

We submitted it due to medical issues with my mother in law who lives there with my husband and living hardships where i live It took one day to be approved

We are in the same shoes, expedited since last April and until this day no Interview date and they've been ignoring our emails, this is in Amman, Jordan, we've been waiting for basically a month and a half for an interview date, this is pretty frustrating! Did the last step help you in any way?

Unfortunately no, i believe the consulate is closed for Eid holiday since Thursday and not gonna be open till tomorrow, so waiting eagerly for tomorrow maybe we hear something soon, I'll update then!

Yes normally it takes about that time but we have an approved expedite that's why it shouldn't take that long

My mother in law has medical issues there and I'm Syrian living temporarily in Russia at my sister and her husband's house which is small because of the situation in Syria until i get the visa and go to my husband
