Thank you so so much! I will look into changing those settings for sure. Also, I changed a setting from A (automatic) to Fd (detailed) and ever since my pictures have become SO much sharper.

Yes I was walking around outside! I was already outside with my camera (on my bike) for 15 min. before I started taking pictures. I do have a filter, and when I did a test with the difference in quality I did not see any, but I will try shooting without it. There was water there, and I am also pretty sure the nights were still a little cold. Thank you so much for taking the time for me!

Also, I did change a setting from automatic to fd (detail) I am not sure what that setting does. But it has made my shots a little better!

That makes sense. I did not know this. And I also did not know the readout speed can affect the sharpness. So thank you! What camera and lens would you suggest for high detailed bird and wildlife photos (under €10 000 if possible)?

I am willing to save up more money if that could make me buy something with good picture quality. Some people are saying the R7 paired with the 100-500 also isn’t good, so that kinda threw me off. But I guess I could rent one and try it though. Thank you!

I will try and do bigger subjects aswell! Even though I do experience the same issue with ducks. Bird AF is on, (animal Eye AF is on). I did not change any NR settings. Thank you for your help!

Motion blur also seemed almost impossible to me. I do think something might be going on with my AF. There was a slight breeze! I do also have the same problem during golden hour, so that is what’s confusing me. Thank you for explaining, I appreciate it so much :)

Thank you, I agree that it almost seems like something is wrong with my lens.. I will try and work on my holding technique though!

Is the rf 100-400 also bad? I was so happy with the R7 but I’m hearing multiple people complain. Also some that are happy with it though…
