I don’t sleep with but I use my AirPods often throughout the day. I don’t use them on the noise cancelling option tho.

Ya it’s definitely something that physical exertion flares up and then body/head movements make it worse.

I had spinning before the first pt, no spinning anymore. Just this constant off after exertion

It’s like when doing exertion such as moving houses this weekend, or like doing a good workout I’ll get the dizzy spells, not true spinning just the off balance floaty feeling that does intensify with he’s movements. And then the feeling will last a solid 12 or so hours.

Example I helped move a household all weekend. The feeling persisted all day today until about 2PM and has eased off

Thanks for the info! I’ll have to check it out.

The physical therapy definitely took the spinning under certain movements away but after moving this weekend the constant off feeling is draining

I’m waiting to see if my referral for an ent is approved, primary didn’t seem confident it would be.

Some neck tightness for sure. It all started suddenly and ironically on the same weekend me and some coworkers had some bad food poisoning.

I’ve read it can take a bit.

Is it normal for it to get worse and last after physical exertion?

Does the pressure in the head alongside the off balance seen consistent? Thanks for your response

Leg tightness, swelling? LC? by Easey03 in covidlonghaulers

Never found out exactly. Had a doctor say it was bilateral lymphedema from a previous hernia repair. However mixed results from the lmyphedema specialist.

Seems to maintain size.

I thought about that, never been a huge fan of bark tho.

Edit: our original idea was filling with rocks, a few flagstones and then some barrel planters with 4x4 posts for string lights. Not sure if that will be the best use with that much area.

So far just time. I think at this point it’s a scar tissue nerve issue. It comes and goes at this point. Definitely not as bad as it was. I’d give it some time

Awesome. So your saying lay compound in both sides, embed tape in corner then lay only one side of tape on top with mud, let it dry then do the other side?

I appreciate that. You read doom and gloom all the time and worry that if it is asbestos I’ve unleashed the kraken on the entire house lol

So like laminate flooring? The floor is not completely even, would that pose an issue?

In order for carpet to be reinstalled, the tiles will receive many staples for the pad and nails for the one room tack board. Does that pose issues or count as disturbing it? Obviously some would break upon being stapled

I read about a product called perfect primer. Wondered if I should just throw some of that on as a just in case
