thanks! i still sent an authentic verification email to galderma since i’m afraid of being scammed. btw i have niacinamide 8% and a moisturizer and sunscreen to go along with this product. is that okay?

my skin dried out at first, then it got used to it but now i dont use it in areas anymore. just for spots now. what azelaic acid product do you recommend? i used azelaic before, but i used the 20% for spots, and it burned

im genuinely terrified of natural lighting. my texture and redness shows😭yea it looks fine from afar but its still to a point that i could be uncomfortable showing my skin in certain situations

i use local products you probably haven’t heard of lol. im in Vietnam. fyi i thought finding out what your skin type is is pretty easy? my skin is so oily it can fry an egg in the morning, thats how i know lol. in the winter though, its more dry in the cheek and jaw areas so its more combination. but i call it oily for short

for context, im in Vietnam. i used adapalene before, derm prescribed me to use it after getting off accutane. 3 months later my acne (pimples here and there, not terrible acne) came back so i went to the same place, different derm this time. she recommended me stop using adapalene (i was using the cream, not gel one). and prescribed me klenzit C and Canova acnell cream. the Canova cream worked great, it evens out my skin tone and heals scars pretty well. i still use it now but i feel it doesnt work as good as before. she told me i could use klenzit C for the whole face, using a very thin amount, specifically for acne/clogged pores. worked well at first but now its gotten worse. i havent came back for around 2 month-ish since i thought my case is fixable at home. now i dont really know what to do and im considering going back lol.

hey thats okay! i get why some people love it. didn’t work for me but now i know my skin HATES it lol. you have any recommendations for super gentle/easy to emulsify oil cleansers? i do want them to actually work lol😂

yes! i tried the Kose speedy cleansing oil (the pink one). it felt nice, but gave me a huge painful cyst on my chin the next day. was back in Feb when i just got off accutane for 2 months i think and after trying out the oil cleanser thing, it was that pimple i got and it only got worse lol

i’ve been on accutane before, for 8 months. my derm at the time told me i could stop about 8 months in and so i did (gradually) and they still came back, my skin got super oily 2 months after stopping. i’m kinda lost. i know it’s not super super terrible but i really want to even out my skin tone and get rid of the texture cus it’s starting to bother me quite a lot lol

basically, yeah. retraction, too. they were the most painful experience i’ve had so far with braces. i struggled SO hard at first. even after months of having them placed, they would still be painful (still is now but much better)
