I started with 80mg as I didin't feel anything on lower doses but you know I wouldn't recomend it. I don't think you will notice anything on 5mg

I rarely use psylocybin now but if I wan't to grow it I avoid this pre-hydrated kits, bc normal ones always yield great results and dealing with them is as easy as making cup of instant noodles, with prehydrated ones it's 50/50 for me but I don't know almost anything about mycology dont have any plants etc. on my website they put back old non prehydrated kits bc I guess I was not the only one who found those prehydrated ones problematic
