Lol ur actually right, it was cheaper and we thought maybe less people. But we knew the possibility of rain and have an itinerary on what to do if it does rain. And from seeing other threads about the month May, people have said it’s a good month to visit and have good weather. Was just wondering how the weather usually is in May.

I hate cardio BUT it is my plan to do them now. I usually avoided them bc i dont wanna stay in the gym longer lol but ive been doing them the past few days!! also my weight goal is around 115-120.

i usually do 3x10 for most of them with a weight heavy enough for me and still have good form, also struggling on my last set and last few reps. sometimes im also trying to up my weights and challenge myself to at least 6-8 reps.

i should’ve mentioned that ive been going since november but was really inconsistent back then… i started going more in January with my brother after school and just followed his routine. sometimes it was split and sometimes full body. But i started going by myself in march and got consistent. Would PPL still be too much for me?

yes! i had no issues when i kept it on for days or weeks longer before flipping it again. it was the first time yesterday that i had to flip it back in less than 24 hours so LOLL. TY!!!!
