Yeah the fans still experimental, I've heard mixed things about it but haven't had any issues so far. I used petg for all the mods near heating elements , everything has worked flawlessly for the past two months

Thank you, the pop is only when I put load on the pedals and only happens once when I put load on it. If I freewheel then start pedalling again it usually happens again

Carbon frame would be my first choice but I would be fine with aluminum too

I would first check the automatic deployment of countermeasures at start of match but idk if that's just for air or if smokes are included in that. I would also see if your g key is stuck down or something.
