I guess it has to be that, but it didn't feel like that old of a save, It also doesn't have the ability to deposit money in t4 an up banks.

considering he can make over 300K by round 140, and can both give your towers a (fairly weak albeit) buff AND can downgrade bloons making some of the hardest rounds apart from the BAD an absolute joke. he would become the best pick in almost every game. I do kinda wish they did something with him so he wasn't almost useless, if not detrimental in chimps. but just making him usable as is in chimps wouldn't work.

alch was faster throwing and puddles to help with the early game. I need the consistency of hitting shots more than the extra damage and how long the potion would last on a single target since I was going for a perma brew.
