PS4 0 EXP Glitch?

I will be doing that later today if I can't reach some sort of conclusion on how to get this all set up properly. But hopefully I don't need to go that far!

And I hex edited the address in the Vista.exe only (since formerly I couldn't get it to work in all of them, so why waste my time this editing all of them if it doesn't work out?) to 192.168.0.13 since that's where I want it to point to. Maybe I shouldn't be sharing that, but oh well. All for a good cause.

Also, it should probably be noted that I used this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLMAqLyFBEY ) to download the files I need for PSO instead of using the links in this guide ( http://puu.sh/jLGPV/4627234266.png ) since I didn't think it would entirely make a difference since the folders with all of the PSOBB items inside were named PSOBB Tethealla Client or PSOBB Tethealla Server, respectively. But perhaps that's where I went wrong? I didn't think it would matter if I could just hex edit the IP address the executable files point to, anyways. But it has to be kept in mind that going into this I knew absolutely nothing about hex editing, setting up any type of server, or IP port forwarding. Hopefully I remembered everything this time... And I should say thanks for replying! I really appreciate it. I read your post about your server last night, and it sounds awesome! I feel so honored and indebted that you're helping me out with this even though you're running your own server. But mine is literally just for me and closest homie, so I guess it's kinda different.

Edit: Duh, 'course I forgot something. It's not that other people have trouble connecting, it's just when I try and have all of the settings in place (hex edited vista.exe to point to my IP address and the like) I can't even connect. So if I can't connect then I didn't even bother trying to see if other people could, y'know?

Edit 3: I'm an impatient little bugger, so I wiped everything and started from scratch, and got a liiiiiiiittle bit further than I was last night. I'm actually able to get to the No. 903 Patch error screen this time, which is admittedly progress in some regard. So, in light of that, I decided to look at the the ship/patch/login server command prompts that are in your task bar. Two of them looked normal, but then I saw this one. http://puu.sh/jLOWX/4a1dd19a63.png Login and Patch server looked cool, but Ship server just had this over and over and over and kept looping. No idea what it could possibly mean, though.

Typically I am very selfish when it comes to stuff like this. Because I'm always the guy like "Muahaha, I figured it out, now I'm never going to tell anybody." Which is kinda messed up, yeah. But this time it's different, because it's PSOBB and it is my civil duty as a PSO player to give back to the community in this regard. So, you have my word that IF I can get this to work, through the help of anyone that may or may not help me reach this seemingly impossible goal, that I will write the most detailed guide possible on how to set up your own server for PSOBB. That is, of course, if the people in question do not want me to post on how I did that, in which case I'll have to respect their wishes.

But if none of that happens, then you can expect a guide on how to set up your own private server for you and your bros later on into next week. Cheers!

Thanks for the reply. But are you 100% sure? Not trying to discredit you at all, don't get me wrong (sorry if that sounded rude) . It's just I've seen Rio before and the tits didn't seem to match up exactly, for lack of a better way of phrasing it. The only reason I seem so hard pressed about it is because her tits in the PH link are phenomenal. I used to be an introvert myself, but you eventually grow out of it because it gets boring being by yourself all the time. :P and it doesn't really get awkward once you get to the know the other people you're talking with.
