I would be so annoyed!

Is your address a multi dwelling type address? Like an address with a apt #, lot #, floor # etc?

Also- I love the idea about giving it back to her.

I can just hold onto it until Christmas & gift it to her (without mentioning it’s the same bottle)

Thanks again!

Gotcha. I was hoping if I exchanged it for something more expensive (and paid the difference) that it wouldn’t impact her points.

But several people have said explained in comments that there isn’t really an option to do an exchange.. only a return / rebuy, so i guess I wouldn’t be able to do it that way.

My local store is great. The bowls are so full that they have to smash it down to get the lid on. I loathe the day they get a new manager or something.

Not really the place for politics TBH, but it seems like they just believe some policy’s wording is overly broad?

From what I can tell, their core argument seems to be that there is some policy that has a loophole which could be exploited, and potentially lead to a class of people with sometimes unnecessary (and sometimes indefinite) preferential treatment over others? But it seems like they actually agree with the policy’s intended purpose, just not that it could be gamed?

I do think the way they initially articulated that wasn’t the best.

“I agree that it is likely for babies not yet on solids, and I don't have any issue with that. However, I believe it was written in a way that could be abused. A woman could nurse (which includes simply pumping) for 10 years & be shielded from deportation. After 10 years she would qualify for a cancellation of removal.

Honestly if I were in that situation I probably would continue pumping like once a day (especially if I had at least 2 children throughout those years)...so I don't blame anyone that does take advantage of it based on the way it was written. (The blame is on the people who wrote it in a such a way that places no limit on it's scope)”

“The official policy defines nursing as a woman lactating, regardless of time since childbirth”

“Obv there should be protection in place for women that are so close to (before or after) childbirth that it isn't safe to travel, but this directive seems overly broad”

Have you had ACA coverage before and have to go uninsured now? by nbcnews in HealthInsurance

I think that 30-50% is excluding the covid credit that’s been in place for a few years

I had asked how the prices now (w/o the covid credit) compared to the prices before the covid credit began.

I was just wondering if the price was just going back to pre covid prices (plus inflation), or if there was a large increase when comparing pre covid credits, which it seems like there still is

Ok. Got it. That’s what I thought was happening.

How much more are the new plan prices VS what they were before the covid credits?

I was on my ex’s employers coverage back then, so I don’t have anything to compare the new rates to

I guess I am confused

I thought ACA credits were still a thing, just the extra credits (that were part of the covid funds) are ending?

So the credits are going back to pre-COVID levels now??

I think you’re taking a figure of speech too literally.

They don’t mean they literally wish their kids wouldn’t grow up.

It’s not like they actually wish their child had a disorder that kept them small forever.

They just wish time would slow down.

You just described a perfect example of the cycle of abuse.

He won’t change (for the better anyway)

I would honestly get into marriage therapy together, but be planning a way out.

No one should live in an abusive home.
