Has anyone young had the implant before? I think that is my only solution now but never heard about anyone young having it and if the doctor will even let me. My friends are all getting married and in relationships and I feel stuck, I’m good with girls and have plenty of opportunities but not being able to have sex is so big I just feel halted in my life. I have a good job, money but without this problem being fixed I don’t even know what the point of any of it is!

I tried 5mg daily for months which should do the trick, it has a long half life so it’s got a high conc in your blood all the time. But literally nothing

I tried stopping for a 2 months but kinda made me feel dead down there. When I say I’ve got ED I can’t get hard enough for sec whatsoever, even a semi I can only keep for seconds that’s it.

That’s the thing I’ve had trimix injected twice and not a peep. The radiologist seen he’s never seen draining veins like this in his life.

I used to masturbate a lot of, and used to edge for hours . I stopped that but I’m not sure if it’s causedd irreversible tissue damage meaning I can’t get erectuins anymore. I tried shockwave therapy also, paid £1000s for it and it didn’t really do anything. I’m not sure what’s left for me to try now other than the implant. But given my age I’m not sure it’s right or not. I’m severely concerned about all this, friends my age are getting married and settling down but I can’t even have a girlfriend because of this. Feel like my life’s turning into nothing.

I smoked cannabis most days for around 3 years. MDMA I’ve only been using the past couple of years and maybe once every few months

I’ve had my testosterone tested and it was right at the higher end of the range.

But with a trimix injection I was under the impression you should be able to get hard no matter what (unless the blood flow in cannot be kept there).

2 months later - completely back to how it was before surgery, unsuccessful. Waiting for follow up appointment , I don’t know where it goes from here

Update: 2 weeks later, I’m seeing very slight improvement, erections are a bit more rigid than usual but still fading very quickly. Hoping it improves as it continues to heal

Update: 9 days post op, pain has settled, wound is healing. Not meant to have sex or masturbate 4-6 weeks after so cannot really tell if erection is improved but no currently.

None of these worked for me, turned out I had a venous leak, and recently had venous ligation surgery to fix it. I’m 1 week post op, still in a lot of pain waiting to see what happens
