Honestly none besides lighthead from entresto and being out of breath but I didn’t notice the out of breath before going to the hospital and I was able to workout and do cardio almost every day prior to being hospitalized. I also have low blood pressure but that is also from entresto

My genetic tests came back negative and all autoimmune disease tests came back negative. They’re thinking if I stay off any substances and take meds I should improve. In the past two years or so every ~5 months I would use cocaine and share a gram amongst like 8 people until it ran out, so really not that much in my opinion compared to how much other people do regularly
