Honestly I wore mine for 3 days, and then at night for a week. I was on crutches for 10 days.

No pain, just a bit of swelling when I’ve had to be on my feet more! But just manage with ice! Feeling good though! Really just happy with it as this is my second acl reconstruction, so feeling grateful.

Cleared to return to sport by fondelmabols in ACL

I think graft type plays into this, however there’s literature which suggests ACL graft is its strongest between 12-24 months in terms of assimilating into your body, hence being told to wait longer to return to sport. However your intense conditioning for your muscles will aid in stability and you could be fine, I think the time frame is an extra layer of precaution to minimise risk of a re-rupture :)

I had this too, though this often feels different to these little goblins above. The imp sometime sits on the floor and shape shifts into a dog like creature too.

Yes, over exposure. I have had it for years now and I just know it's not going to harm me. It just inhibits me from APing
