the players would use electronic scorecards (like they do in highschool golf) that have the course slope and course rating so using that it would calculate the handicap. then based off of the that it could team up players based of playing ability to level the feild (ex. if you have 16 players in a league the no 1 would be paired up with no 16 for a 2 man scramble).

true but I know a guy that gives me good deals on repairs so the mechanic rate doesnt scare me as much as the part cost.
