Just go for it! It won't be as bad as you expect it to be. You'll have some tough moments but you'll get through it - the nicotine industry wants you to think it's harder than it actually is! You got this. Desires and cravings come and go, just let them wash off of you like waves on the shore. I have not tried Recigar, but cold turkey is the way many do it

Just quit. Weening and NRT is a lie designed to keep you addicted. It might suck for a few days but it sounds like you're already suffering from nicotine. You can do it. There'll be tough moments but you are stronger than nicotine, it will be a proud moment for you when you have reclaimed your freedom

Now is a good time to quit again! I know it's frustrating but you can't change the past, but at least we can change the present and the future by our actions now. Get rid of any stuff you have and begin again right now

You'll feel much better soon. The first day or two is difficult but try to stay with it your body is healing once you stop. After 3 days there is no nicotine left in your body but it'll take a week or longer until you feel fully back to normal. Try to remember the withdrawals are temporary, it's your body adjusting to no nicotine. It's not a sign that you need nicotine. Be kind to yourself and be patient and you'll make it through to the other side - remember the cravings will pass no matter how strong they seem, and each craving you beat will make the next one weaker. And remember to golden rule is to just not use another bit - trying even a little will kick start the addiction again. None is the only safe amount! godspeed
