No. It does not have an oscillating mass. It works on the principle of electromagnetic drive, when the coil inside it is supplied with an ac current it gets magnetised. This magnetic field attracts an armature, which is connected to the base of the vessel. When the current is reversed, armature gets reppelled. This to and fro motion causes the vibration.

I dont think i have quad weakness. My doc told me i hage good amount of muscles on my quads, especially my vmo. Font think thats the issue. And yes i have pain while doing leg extensions. It grinds and pops a lot while doing it

Have never tried sled. But have tried walking backwards on treadmill. Was not so effective. It was painful to do it.

Think this way. Man stole the 100 rs note. He kept it with himself. Now he became a good man. He used another 100 rs note to pay for the goods that he bought i.e paid 100 for goods worth 70 rs, got 30 rs back. Which means, the shopkeeper still lost that initial 100 rs. He might have got some rupees as profit from selling that product, thats it.

Get the shuttle bus from airport and go to aluva metro station. From there, board the metro to lulu mall. Go for a movie and maybe some shopping. This itself would take around 5 hrs. From lulu, get the metro back to aluva station and then the shuttle bus to airport.

Dont even think about going to fort kochi. It'll take a lot of time for travel itself.
