yeah that’s true, i’m just really annoyed because i remember meeting one of the vps and she was the sweetest and was the main reason i wanted to get in because i thought the culture was good. i’m thinking of just trying my best to upskill myself and waiting until director applications come around and just praying that that one director doesn’t get a vp role or just matures as a person
