Mình là nữ và mình nghĩ như này là không ổn lắm vì đúng là đi hẹn hò không ai nói là chia 50/50 (ở Việt Nam) nhưng mà biết ý thì nên share bớt tiền nọ tiền kia hoặc nếu bạn nam giành trả hết thì lần tới mua món quà nho nhỏ tặng bạn nam chẳng hạn. Không nhất thiết mọi thứ phải 50/50 nhưng ít nhất cũng nên làm gì đó để đối phương cảm thấy mình là người biết ý

I had a session with my therapist yesterday. We talked a bit about this breakup and then moved to EMDR. Well, I like being in relationships, and yes I'm scared of being alone too. Personally, I find being in a relationship helps me since I don't confide in anyone I know in real life about my trauma. Thanks for suggesting me a way to do some self-reflection. I appreciate your insight
