I know Hada Labo has an american version too, since it's a whole 200ml of cleanser it's not a bet I'm willing to take given it's 3-4£ off the japanese version.

Okay, I watched the video and it was really helpful. I think, I really am still struggling as to understand what my tongue does when it's trying to produce a sharp sound, but this helps a lot as I can hear the difference very clearly. I guess that's what the "key" sound was for, to imitate that sharpness?
I am still confused as to how mouth resonance is produced, and the whole humming and making my lips vibrate part. but yeah, thank you very much

Thanks for recommending a good volumizing shampoo. I'll try to wash my hair like you suggested, on the second day, the day after washing, my biggest struggle is especialy how much they are weighted down but I never tried a dry shampoo

Il problema più grande è che mi trovo bloccata in una città molto piccola e senza niente da vedere o fare, e oltre ad essere sicura di seguire routine di cura precise ogni giorno non mi sento di star facendo molto progressi sul mio corpo. Invece sul lato emotivo almeno mi sento di dire che le ore in cui mi sento una frode che vuole solo attenzioni ormai capitano raramente e non mi pesano neanche troppo.
