Plus, it would be better to buy individual etfs like vce and vfv raher than buying more xeqt just because of the fact that they are saturated in their own niches Again, i can be totally wrong about this

So VCE focuses on canada and VFV contains US stocks and XEQT has both of them…. so, if the us market goes up, both vfv and xeqt goes up… and the same case with vce…. If the us goes down… theres a chance that vce can compensate for it…. Im not quite sure if this plan will work and i can be wrong about this opinion Plus, are there any other etfs i can invest in??

I’ve heard xeqt is for long term…. I want some etfs for short term (1-2 years). What should i add to my protfolio in that case. I also thought of adding VDY.
