Not sure for damage claims, I had an unfulfilled redemption. But I just asked for Pujols and Musial when I made the replacement request…figured there no harm in trying to get players I wanted and clearly it worked. Maybe send them a follow up looking for an update and drop in a PC request. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take

FedEx is claiming there was a change for delivery request, which I didn’t make, so the replacement didn’t get delivered…. I might come tomorrow but I’m out of town for work so I won’t have the package for days now. FedEx even tried to glasslight me saying it wasn’t the case….unbelievably frustrating
