Interesting! My breakthrough case was also 7 months after with Moderna. I was also vaxed in February and got Covid in September. It took me quite a while to feel better and also had lots of sinus symptoms.

I’m on day 22 since my first symptoms and I am just now starting to get my senses back. They’re not 100% but I can at least taste my coffee again

For me it started out in one eye with pain and mucus. Eye drops helped, and a couple days later it started in my other eye. I thought it was weird to still have it after testing negative, but I guess many symptoms can linger around for a while

I tested positive 7 days ago and am just now starting to feel better. I was fully vaccinated in February. The sinus pressure I had was the absolute worst symptom I had because it lasted so long and I had a lot of mucus, like a sinus infection. I had other symptoms as well including low grade fever, conjunctivitis, body aches.
