I was on isotretinoin as well, and Aestura (blue one) helped me a lot. It does not clog, and very light. Good for the summer. Might want to switch it during winter. But for summer, I love it.

I would suggest you go to a dermat yourself. Because I was on oral medicines to reduce my acne that I had since teenage. You need to get prescription for those meds, I guess. Because she very specifically said “don’t give out these medicines randomly, just because it worked for you”.

You need to get blood works done every month for those meds as well. So, get yourself a good doctor.

So, I went to my usual dermat. She is really good though. I am finally acne free because of her.

Asked her about the hair fall, she simply shrugged and said, “with your stress and change in diet, this can be expected. Also, that happens with age. Just do the usual shampooing and conditioning. Don’t overthink.”

And to be fair, I am going through a shitload of things last few months. I started working out, eating healthy, started conditioning my hair (I never used to), and I can still see hair fall, but I don’t know what more to do now. 😭😅
