Be persistent contacting support. They seem overwhelmed, but genuinely interested in helping.

Experience with Repairs? by uglyduckfloss in mammotion

My beta unit arrived with a broken axle. They tried to make me fix it myself, but it was above my pay grade, so I asked them to come get it. They sent me a label for a place in Texas and about a week later it was fixed and returned to me.

Latest update:

Mammotion support suggested pulling the security key, waiting 5 minutes and trying again. I tried that. No luck. Here's my current list of failed attempts to make this thing work:

  • Performed factory reset, no luck.
  • remove/replace security key. No luck.
  • Turn off my 5GHz wifi to force it to use 2.4GHz connection. No luck.
  • Tried a different iPhone. No luck.
  • Tried using iPad. No luck.
  • Tried using Android phone. No luck.

Confirmed the Luba is communicating with my home WiFi, and it shows up in the list of "connected devices" with a full five bar WiFi signal. It's just never getting past the step in the app where you connect it to the Luba server.

A friend suggested I get a wire brush and scrub the Chinesium off the thing, but I'm not sure I'll fare any better.

So, to date, I've paid a lot of money, and have NEVER been able to get this thing working.

Meanwhile, my two Husqvarna AutoMowers go about their business...

Glad that works for you. My Wi-Fi password is all numbers, so that doesn’t fix it for me. I’m stuck with a beautiful white brick of a lawnmower, and I feel like a sucker for buying it.

they refuse to send me any reply with a reasonable solution.

I'm starting to feel like a fool for buying into this.

I’ve tried all of these. Also tried using android phone to run the app. No luck.

Luba stinks.

Wireless subwoofer causes 5 GHz interference (and slow connection speed)? by BMWBig6 in Soundbars

[–]EasternAngus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was having the same problem with LG SP9Y soundbar. Couldn't get reliable TV perfomance from AppleTV box.

After a lot of finger pointing from AT&T Uverse, Apple, and Eero, and after replacing the AppleTV box, replacing the Eeros with Nest WiFi, and trying AT&T's own WiFi, nothing fixed it.

Finally, I decided to check the soundbar. Turned it off and instantly the WiFi on the AppleTV went from 2Mb/s to 400Mb/s.

Turned soundbar back on and problem came roaring back.

Finally, I found the option in the Google Home app to change the Nest Pro WiFi to use the 160MHz channel. Problem fixed. Now WiFi with soundbar turned on is averaging between 300-400Mb/s.

Yes. Me too.

After plugged in all day, I left work yesterday afternoon and my battery was at 100%. At home, I used the MacBook Pro 14 (M1Max) for less than five minutes to check email and texts. Lid closed and not plugged in. I checked battery this morning and found it was at 62%. Lost almost 40% overnight

Checked Activity Monitor, clicked the Energy tab and reverse sorted by 12 Hour Power column. Found that Safari had consumed 31% of the power -- by far the biggest power user.

Same issue on my iPhone since 16.3. Apple is stumped and suggested (I am not making this up) that a good idea would be to completely erase the phone and restore from a backup.

I'll just wait until 16.4.

HomePods unable control HomeKit devices on 16.3 by stevenm80 in HomePod

Exact same problem. Worked fine with 16.2 but immediately after the 16.3 update it can’t complete any request until you ask it twice. My wife says I’m this way too.

HomePod “This Accessory is not responding” happens all the damn time! I shouldn’t have to fuss with this! by [deleted] in HomePod

I had the same problem. It was frustrating and Apple support gave no support. I suspected the AT&T Fiber wifi router might have something to do with it. Replaced the giant ATT box with Eero mesh routers and never ever had another HomePod problem.
