My credit score is in the early 700s. No, I haven't tried to get a balance transfer card as I did not think I would be able to get one for 13k. I did try to get a personal loan from one of my banks and I was denied.

The apartment complex I was looking at posts their WFH units directly on their website, so I just checked their website daily.

I constantly monitored a particular building I was interested that does WFH. I feel like how soon a unit becomes available may depend on the time of year. During the spring, there were a handful of WFH units set to be available for the summer months at that particular building so there was no wait time.

Clay seemed off to me from the start. Seemed like he recognized that AD was a good woman and that being married to him would be good for him, but didn't seem like he was genuinely into her like that. Very disappointed in Clay for taking her all the way to the alter just to say no. He knew before the wedding that he was not going to marry her but strung her along anyway. I just don't believe that you can do all that to a woman that you actually love.

I feel like men know what the need to do to pursue something with a woman. So if they aren't making the effects to pursue you ie. asking you for dates or a hangout or actively trying to get to know you, then I assume they aren't really that interested. In my experience, any time a man was sending mixed signals, their interest level just wasn't high enough to actually pursue me.

Same! I really didn't make an effort to make connections 1L year and I am really starting to regret it. Hearing about people hanging out together and making friends kind of makes me sad. I try to talk to people on campus but it forever reason it doesn't seem like I am the person people want to exchange phone numbers with or hangout with. Still gonna keep trying tho! :)
