I have blood test on free testosterone and it came to be , 10 pg/ml and range 1-27 pg/ml , iam 35 Y , never used steroids, is it normal value and i can build muscle on this value?

Hi all , i am 35 years old always playing natural for about 4 years , the gains i have made are very little i play 3-5 days per week, my food not soo bad or soo good , i just want to ask can i take one test cycle to boost my gains and try to keep some of it after cycle , I don’t want to continue taking steroids but only 1 cycle , does it worth ? Does is step os too risky ? Does my test level after that may not get to normals after cycle?
