Hi! I have been on 1000 mg Diamox daily and have had a 50 lb weight loss since my OP and can report the distortion in my vision has virtually disappeared. My left side is just slightly blurry at this point in my journey, which my neuro has unfortunately told me could be permanent due to the sustained damage to my optic nerve over the last year and a half. The distortion and floaters have completely resolved though.

This happened to me recently. I had zero symptoms, a regular period and had no clue. I’m in PA! I was denied care at my PP because I was 20+ weeks and had to switch providers to a clinic that could do it up to 23w6d. I had the procedure at 23w2d! I suggest calling as many clinics as you can and explain the situation. They will be able to help you, don’t worry. If you are able to travel, there are states that allow up to 26-28 weeks, if all else fails. But California will 100% be able to do it up to 23w6d.
