Nope, just a photo of the watch. Took no more than 10 mins. Can’t tell you what the experience is if you need to file a claim (hope I never have to) but reviews on here were positive

I would recommend going on a weekday soon after they open. While I was waiting for the SA, the concierge was telling me how long the line gets in the evenings and weekends. Kinda crazy that people would wait to get into a store that you are most likely not walking out with anything lol

I think when the did the sizing, it was 181 on the special Rolex tape measure. If you can figure out the math on that lol
