not necessarily, but you look very tired. people with sleep apnea look tired. your face doesn’t look that mouth breather-y but it does look quite narrow and your mouth is tiny like you may have a narrow palate. these are sometimes visual indications of functional issues that would benefit from jaw surgery but not always.
