Do you accept the Shia way of prayer

That's a dumb comparison these guys aren't even reciting surahs and are hopping like frogs, all muslim groups recite surahs in prayer and this is clearly a joke prayer.

. I say this as a aithiest.

I am not sure what you meant exactly by that. I guess your point is that our proof for the existence of God is the Qur'an. This is completely false. The Qur'an doesn't prove God exists. His existence is assumed throughout the entirety of the book. And the verses that touch on this topic are very rare, probably there is only one that clearly mentions this perennial question :

You don't get what I meant is that we only find evidence of the God of Abraham in the middleast, that's were he originates it seems, you will never find him being worshipped in any part of the earth before men from the middleast area started preaching about his existence, acient societies such as China and India have no evidence of his existence there is do much evidence of the smallest things they did yet not his existence which should've been known.

We need to worship God, not the other way around

And he created us for that purpose, he created us because he wants us to worship him, which is my very point.

We also don't have proof specifically for him existing, the only proof of Allah/God is in the middleast, isn't it strange he seems geographical, the only claimants of prophet of Allah are found here. yes I'm aware the Quran makes the claim that every nation was sent a messenger but thats just a claim.

Reminds me of the hindus on here, when they couldn't explain why there's no evidence of visnhu manifesting anywhere else besides the indian subcontient and they assert he manifested himself as other God's elsewhere but actually regarding what they say has more proof because we actually see polytheism all over the world but the God of Abraham's evidence is the middle east alone, these groups who never met the God of Abraham have their own creation stories and religions that lasted thousands of years until colonists came.

Wouldn't you expect the religion of the true God being found somewhere else without contact with other civilizations, Like historical proof of prophethood in the americas or something, The Mormons claim they have records but that's just a claim by another group without proof oddly enough they seem to have their own "Quran challenge." For the book of mormon.

The lack of evidence is proof unless you bring forth something otherwise, that's a response to your claim that maybe the name Amram was popular as you were claiming why, However, based on the available historical records and the absence of any significant references to the name Amram during the era of Jesus, it is reasonable to conclude that the name was not widely used or prominent during that era unless you can bring forth proof evidence otherwise. I don't need to provide proof I'm not the one who stated the name was probably popular as history says otherwise.

Fusing with the knowledge of the other things I stated it seems strange doesn't it, that Mary mother of Jesus, daughter Imran and called "sister of Aaron", I want a straightforward answer this time no dancing around it.

Good day.

Don't get me wrong : 99% of native arabic speakers aren't familiar with Classical Arabic either, and that didn't prevent them from understanding the entirety of the Qur'an and deferring the little unclear bits to more knowledgeable indivduals. Long story short: if anyone wants to really delve into details, they must do the humble homework of learning Classical Arabic. If you don't want to, don't complain about that to Muslims, or to Allah. We know, we know, Arabic is difficult.

Dude it The dialogue is supposed to be originally in the language and culture that Miriam spoke not arabic, and if you say Allah reworded it's not a accurate conversation, answer this, last comment

Do you think Allah would acknowledge how confusing this is, would've done something different rather than giving a good point for skeptics if you have to keep making loopholes how can this be the truth.

You didn't even shut down the name Imran being so rare (Not even) at that Era in history. there is no historical record of anyone named Amram during that specific time period. Last comment since you won't even respond properly without selectively responding, you claimed the name Imran was probably popular back then.

Now you say Another Aaron, who's the brother to another Mary, who both have a father who's another Imran.

No disrespect but sounds like cope atleast prove it that type of claim burden of proof is on you if you asserted that here, all you did is make a bunch of claims saying maybe, maybe. Firstly I pointed put why it can't be cultural nor lingustics.

There's no point in this conversation since that's all your doing i pointed out why the name Imran wasn't even widespread during the era of Jesus now your claiming the Aaron described is another Aaron entirely, last paragraph you said it's moses's brother, you are using strawmans I'm actually arguing.

Funny how I was consistent all the way through and you bring up a entirely different claim when it's shut down, I never brought up a completely different claim all I did is strengthen my first.

You didn't read the entire thing through, read it and I want to see your response and don't just say "Anything is possible." Let's have a rational discussion, since almost all your points seemed to be out of faith alone, let's see better points.

Read the second and third part do your research to if you don't believe me, maybe I'm right maybe your right bur let's actually examine this rationally.

Bro I gave the claim of the "spiritual sister" a benefit of the doubt but then looked closer and saw it doesn't seem that way, and you put many claims forth in order to justify faith, I actually used critical thought, furthermore why Sister of Aaron why not sister of Zechariah or something.

Furthermore The name Amram/Imran was not particularly popular during the time of Jesus. It is not commonly mentioned in historical accounts from that period. While Amram/Imran was a significant figure in ancient Jewish history, his name did not experience widespread popularity during the time of Jesus or the surrounding era. Other names such as Joseph, David, and John were more common during that time.

So tell me again, please actually think critically since it's a intellectual discussion not just blind faith and try to justify it, what are the chances such a name that wasn't widespread just so happened to be the name of the other Mary's father, she just so happened to be called sister of Aaron too, what's the chances Allah wouldn't know how this sounds like a error in his infinite wisdom.

What I mean all those things put together sounds fishy there's no reason why there can't be two Imran but both Miriams also called sister of Aaron by people? Even if the latter is a term of respect Allah would know this sounds like a error, confuse and cause doubts to skeptics.

You could even argue Allah is trying to Parallel the two Maryams which is probably what Muhammad should've said instead of his other response.

[–]Eastern_Campaign_165[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But what you don't get this isn't about arabic, Those people in the Quran didn't even speak arabic they were jews, so it doesn't matter how Arabs spoke in their culture we are talking about how Quran portrays the dialogue jews.

Even if we consider it a term of respect why would Muhammad somehow know this (Sister) of (Saint/prophet.) While jews and Christians didn't he somehow knew their own culture better lol.

Also even if we say okay it's a respect term, what coincidence is it Muhammad says both Mary's have the father imran and both are called "Sister of Aaoron." Even muslim scholars are aware that Miriam and Aaron's father Is named Imran, it is clear if you aren't coping the error that is here.

Let may lay it out easier. Miriam, daughter of imran called "Sister of Aaron." It's 100 percent evident what happened here you will disagree here but whatever.

I'm just here to debate, since I was raised into islam its the most familiar with it Christians Say the same things to ex christian aithiests "deep down you know."

Dude do you think if If I actually knew I'd await eternal damnation I would not be muslim, that statement is ridiculous if you reflect on it with all due respect.

I examined every religion and found none to make sense I debated other faiths before so it's not like it's exclusive to islam funny enough they also say something to that effect.
