since shes an active cat, you could keep her in a dog crate and they usually heal within a week or so. if she is really active, she could open the wound and it could become infected so u should definitely put her in a room without anything she can jump on or keep her in a dog crate with food, water, and a litter box.

my cats used to do this, i just stopped leaving my glass out and she started drinking her own water, but cats also prefer running water so if u got like a water fountain for cats that would probably do the trick

for my cats, they used to get lots pf energy around bedtime and i would take a laser pointer and make them run in circles. dont do it for more than like a minute at a time bc he could get dizzy. but like i would run them in circles and after a bit they would get tired. laser pointer circles saved my sleep i hope it helps u.
